Marcie Allen Van Mol — cofounder of Anzie Blue Records — is a respected leader in the world of strategic brand partnerships. With over 30 years of experience connecting artists, brands, and cultural moments, Marcie brings unparalleled insight and industry relationships to everything she does. Her expertise extends far beyond the traditional label model. Marcie has spent her career building innovative marketing strategies and powerful collaborations that help brands and artists grow together.

Marcie is the founder of Marcie Allen Consulting (MAC), an industry-leading consultancy known for matching brands with strategic entertainment opportunities. With decades of experience, MAC specializes in forging high-impact partnerships across music, lifestyle, and entertainment landscapes.

Her work includes groundbreaking partnerships and events with iconic brands and artists, such as AT&T + John Mayer, Citi + Billy Joel, Samsung + Keith Urban, Hollister + Khalid, Microsoft + Katy Perry, Jeep + Tim McGraw & Faith Hill, Verizon + John Legend, and Mercedes-Benz Stadium projects with Garth Brooks, Luke Combs, Blake Shelton, and more.

Marcie’s achievements have been widely recognized: she has been nominated as a finalist for Billboard’s Concert Marketing and Promotion Award 15 times (winning 8), named to Billboard’s Women in Music list (2010–2022), included in Billboard’s Power 100 and Branding Power Players lists, and honored as a Master of Branding. She also serves as an adjunct professor at NYU and has held leadership roles with the Country Music Association, Berklee College of Music, and international award juries.
